So it’s Bella again, but for a good reason… a great reason!
Bella was baptized on Saturday and it was a fabulous day! We had some family come to be a part of it which made for an even greater weekend! And of course, the cousins made it that much better for Bella!
I was so proud of her. Cliff and I both were worried about her being nervous and not wanting to go through with it. We’ve been working for the last few months explaining everything and teaching her the best we could so that she would be prepared and ready for this day. As it got closer, she was more and more excited to take the “plunge”.
About 10 minutes before we were supposed to be at the church, I realized that I hadn’t taken any pictures. We grabbed a few and she was so beautiful that they turned out great. I do, however, have the dress that I was baptized in… that me and all 4 of my sisters were baptized in. I’m looking forward to taking Bella out for a quick shoot in that dress. It’s completely falling apart, but i have some big plans.

I’m so proud of you Bella!

This little dude came to see me right at 2 weeks old. He was very sweet, but didn’t want to sleep much for me. I pulled out all the tricks and we still ended up with some fabulous images. I do LOVE my newborns!

So last week was Bella’s 2nd grade concert. The theme this year was “JUNK YARD DOGS” It was a very cute concert all about recycling. I loved the songs… so fun! And of course, Bella is still singing them!
So here she is in her dirty shirt, dirty face and ripped pants. She was worried that she would be the junkiest dog there.

as you can see from these pics… it got MUCH junkier than her!

This is my friends new baby. She is the first girl after 3 boys. So yes, she is a princess. Covered in pink and adored by all those big brothers! She was an absolute gem to photograph. She slept so peacefully and perfect for me.
If only they stayed this tiny forever…

And for those of you wondering… I am still working on my answers from my FAQ post…. I also need to take a few pull-back shots for you. I’ll get to it soon. I promise!

He really was just the prettiest little thing! ( we can say that about boys when they’re this small, right?) And soooo sweet! And I was in love with his family by the end of the photo session!
Grandma flew back to Boston and put her house on the market as soon as she got home! Everyone keep your fingers crossed for her! After just meeting her for a minute, I couldn’t
imagine her living all the way across the country from her family! (although, I’m gonna pretend that she’s moving out here for me too!
Thank you again, M family for letting me spend the day with you and giving me the opportunity to capture your sweet little boy!

Boys play dress-up too….
Jack came downstairs last Friday with all this funky stuff on and asked me to take some pictures of him…. so Yah – I did! And then he wanted Carson to join in the fun too, so we had ourselves a little photoshoot with two messy, crazy dressed boys!

so it’s Wednesday and this is my 3rd post for the week!! I’m on a roll!!! And yes, I know I still haven’t gotten to finishing up my answers to the FAQ post… I am working on them though… I PROMISE!!

There is one questions that was asked a few times that I can answer for you right now though….

Q: Will you and Holly be offering anymore workshops this year?

A: Why, YES we will!!!! In fact, We just opened up registrations for our Mesa Workshop on April 10th!!! WooHOO!!! You can read a little more about it and register HERE

Okay… so onto my CUTE post!!!!

These 2 cuties came down from Boise to be photographed on my studio-mini special! And after spending just 30 minutes with them, I’m hoping for a lot more photoshoots in the future! They were both just too cute for words and soooo good for me and my camera!

So here’s a few more of my mini sessions. I’m posting 2 together in an effort to try and catch up.
Ms. J came in for a fun little mini to try and get some photographs for family gifts. We ended up with some great shots!

then miss L came in for some photos in her ballet leotard. The posing was all new to me, but she looked beautiful!

Okay, so yes, I get questions all the time, whether they come in emails or in comments on my blog… I get them. And sometimes I’m good at answering them, and sometimes…. well…. I’m just not. {blush}Sorry!
I’ve thought about doing a FAQ blog post for a while now, but didn’t think I had enough to offer. LOL… I’ve seen a lot of photogs do them and they offer such great, interesting information that is so well written.. I love reading them. I just didn’t think I had it in me to really make it interesting, enjoyable or just plain fun to read. But hey – My friend Megan has inspired me to do this so here we go.
I guess we’ll start by letting you all either post your questions here in the comment section, or if you’d like to stay more anonymous… you can email me at aaphotography@rocketmail.com
