M.O.M…. {Boise Children’s Photographer | Mountain Home Children’s Photographer}

and of course I’m a day late…. again!
No excuses… I’ll just get on with it.
So last week I was writing my M.O.M. post… the short and sweet one with Jack’s preschool graduation photos. While I was typing it up, Haley walked into the room, saw what I was doing, and announced, “I call next week!”… like calling shotgun on my Mine on Monday posts! ahh…. that makes this photographer, bloggin’ mom so proud! lol
So here ya go, Haley…. You’re very own M.O.M blog post:
On the last day of school, they do an awards ceremony. Her teacher called me the night before and asked me to be there because she would be receiving an award. I thought one award… cool, so of course I went… with the two crazy boys. Well, even though those two little boys were crazy as can be, I’m so glad I went, because not only did she receive 1 award, she received 6 awards!!! Yes, I think that her named got called for every single category they had!! By the end the teachers and all the kids were making jokes(nice jokes) about her having to walk up to the front again. She was sitting on the very back row!
She received the award for “FAITHFUL ATTENDANCE”, the “PRESIDENT’S EDUCATION AWARD”, “NATIONAL PHYSICAL FITNESS AWARD”, “ULTRAKEY TYPING AWARD”, “HIGHEST AM MATH OBJECTIVES” (of all 4th graders), and “HIGHEST AR READING TESTING AVERAGE AND POINTS” (for all 4th graders).
How cool is that!?!

She also started her 2nd year of softball. She’s pretty dang good, and an awesome pitcher! …. I’m pretty sure that’s “her thing”.

Then last week she finally got her hair cut for “Locks of Love”! This is something that she’s been growing her hair out for since kindergarten when she last donated. This time it took her a bit longer because she wanted a longer haircut when all was said and done…

So there ya go Miss Haley, a post all about YOU!

You GO girl!! Whoopee for you. Did you know that I pitched for a little league team in the 50’s on an ‘all boys’ team because I could pitch better than anyone? It was against the rules, but somehow the team got away with it. Maybe they thought I was a boy. who knows. I loved it then and I love it now. We will have to play when you come next month. We will have a rip-roaring game. Carli also plays softball. Good for you for giving your gorgeous hair away. You are theee best. I love you. granny
