All about the Cars…

i had a few locations picked out for this senior. It must’ve been “photographer’s intuition” cuz when he told me that he was going to tech school to become a mechanic… I knew they’d be even that much more perfect! And then, while walking around this location, we just kept finding more and more fun, old cars to stick him in.. yes literally stick him into!
It was a great shoot and I can’t wait to get to editing the rest!

For these next 2.. His mom had told me when she scheduled the shoot that he wanted pictures with his dirty truck that he LOvEd 4-wheelin’ in. I asked where he liked to go and she said the resevior….no biggie.. i’d been there before fishing with cliff and the kids. Well, we have a few cars(don’t ask how many, but is anyone in the market?:)When I’m with the kids or on a shoot with props, I usually drive our sequoia. When I’m by myself, cruisin’ around, running errands, etc.. I take the audi (sedan, NOT suv!). Well last night, cliff was gonna be home with the kids by himself and I thought he might want to go to the park or something, so I thought i’d be nice and leave him the sequoia so he could get out of the house if he wanted to. That turned out to be a BAD idea when mr. J had me follow him to the OTHER side of the resevior, through the 4-wheeling roads. I tried flashing my lights at him a few times to see if he would pull over so i could jump in his car for the rest of the trip, but it didn’t work… Thank goodness the bottom of my car and all 4 wheels are still in tact! haha! He did say that he led me down the “good” road. haha… Hope you had fun J.. enjoy your sneak peak!

I’ve always loved your senior boy pictures…you certainly have a knack for them and I get so much inspiration! (I get pretty intimidated from the senior boys). These are all amazing and I don’t know any boy that wouldn’t love these.

Great job Amanda. Steph and I are having a hard time chosing which ones we like the best. He’s a great kid and I’m so proud of what he has accomplished in his life. Only 10 percent of Boy Scouts make Eagle. Yeah, that was me bragging. Thanks again.

All four pictures of Nick capture his individual tastes and the person he truly has become. The first picture of the series is my favorite-it makes me smile and feel as if I’m in looking right at him.

Your pictures are candid, sweet and true to the person you are photographying.
Thank you for the opportunity to view them.
